Buenas Tardes.
No se bien el nombre como llamar a mi problema.
trate de buscar atravez de Buscadores para resolver pero no encontre nada.

Bueno le presento mi problema.
Viendo en la imagen los títulos de los post se ve con " % "
en el navegador se ve bien (url + post)
sigue la imagem para que puedan analizar.

No se bien como se llama éstos., les pido perdon por não poder especificar.

Cómo puedo resolver? Instalando alguns plugins. o editando?

~~Yo desde Firefox lo veo bien, no será un problema de Netscape?~~

Edito:me quedé con la duda y entré a un single y se ve como tu imagen, si podés pasar el header.php te ayudo
